Global Research Coordinator

We deliver Healthcare Market Access and Analytics services to Pharmaceutical Companies, NGOs and Public-Sector Institutions across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.

We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global Research Coordinator who can bring our multi country digital platforms to the next level and change the health outcomes of hundreds of millions of patients across Southeast Asia.

Your Role:

  • Design and develop qualitative and quantitative research studies using our platforms
  • Manage research program progress from the proposal to completion stage
  • Communicate regularly with program and field staff as well as other departments on ongoing and planned program development efforts, specific support needs and field staff capacity building requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and participate in relevant working groups to ensure progress toward meeting project targets;

Your Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in public health, data science or a related field required, doctorate preferred;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a research setting;
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative methods – market research experience highly valued;
  • Ability to analyze quantitative data sets independently using Stata, R, or similar;
  • Experience compiling research reports and white papers;
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders including field staff, professional associations, and other project partners;
  • Demonstrates interest in mobile technology; ideally, you have a keen interest in the startup world;
  • Flexible to changes and capable of turning around projects quickly;
  • Fluent in English; other local language abilities are desirable;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage deadlines, to manage others and to work independently;
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed team environment.
