Technical Support Associate

mClinica is hiring for a Technical Support Associate to serve our clients in Southeast Asia and support our growth regionally and globally. We are looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At mClinica, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly. 

Your Role:

  • Manage and support operational challenges on a daily basis
  • Investigate and document technical issues for the development team
  • Create and manage support tickets in order to help improve applications
  • Interact daily with stakeholders, product managers, and developers, to better enhance the product and its features

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years experience in technical support, development, quality assurance, or equivalent
  • Experience working in a collaborative team in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Comfortable with JavaScript and MySQL
  • Experience building web-based products
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Fluency in best practices for development and technical documentation
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions (Fluent in Bahasa and English)
